Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse, create an account on, or buy from takkaru.com (the "site"), operated by Takkaru Mens Wear ("TAKKARU", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- Give accurate details, including a mobile number we can reach you on for delivery.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or Microsoft. If you use Google or Microsoft, their own terms also apply to that sign-in.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud.
Products
- We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary by a small amount.
- Many of our pieces are limited-edition drops that are never restocked. Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is paid for.
- Every order is subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will tell you and refund it in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping is ₹99 per order, and free on orders of ₹1,000 or more. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept the cards, UPI, net banking and wallets Razorpay offers at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.
- Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver only within India.
- Delivery times depend on your location and our courier partners. We will email you when your order is dispatched.
- Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. If an order cannot be delivered because of wrong details or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may cancel it and refund the product amount, minus shipping.
- Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing takkarumenswearweb@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund you in full.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size choice or a style preference. Please check the size guide and product details before you order.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps). Keep the item unused, with its tags. Once we confirm the problem, we will replace the item or, if no replacement is available, refund it in full, including shipping.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Scrape, copy or resell our products, images or content in bulk, or use automated tools to buy limited stock.
- Place orders you do not intend to pay for or accept.
Intellectual property
The TAKKARU name and logo, our designs, product photos, text and the site itself belong to Takkaru Mens Wear. You may not use them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can contact our Grievance Officer with any complaint:
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
